Our work with commercial tenant improvement is probably our strongest area of expertise.   We have worked in conjunction with several manufactures like Bigelow, Patcraft, Cambridge and Philadelphia to help them create quick-ship product lines that provide style, quality, functionality and most importantly the availability to ship within 3 -7 days from time of order.

In addition we have worked with our largest clients to develop an out-of-the-box thinking purchase order system which allows our clients to calculate flooring and wall base cost (a waste filled and linear product) on a per usable square foot basis.  This allows leasing agents to know flooring cost prior to closing deals and affords them more negotiating power.
